我弄明白了，你要点击SUPERTRAINERJ.mdf这个文件，然后注意左边的驱动器，也就是说会多出来一个f盘，点开就是楼主的截图了，前提安装好了DT

大佬，装载镜像之后在文件目录里没有发现setup.exe，只有在DT里面能运行setup.exe，但在DT里面不知如何转区

装载镜像后，转区运行setup.exe，开始安装游戏
汉化补丁是一个安装包，需要你放到游戏根目录里面，然后运行《超级调教师》汉化1.0补丁安装与卸载器.exe
以上需要全英文路径和转区运行

补丁说明.TXT里面说要运行mawasare_chs.exe进入汉化版游戏，但里面也没找到
